About Me
Hello, I’m Ronika Mann. I am the Founder & Principal of RJM+Co., where we provide tailored financial services tailored to each client’s needs. I enjoy partnering with outsourced CFO teams across industries and have specialized expertise in Private Equity tax preparation and compliance. Over the years, I’ve become a trusted advisor to startups, growing businesses, and established enterprises, helping them navigate both immediate challenges and long-term financial strategies.
My journey in accounting began at Kansas State University, where I earned my B.S. in Accounting, and continued at the University of Kansas, where I completed my M.S. in Accounting. For more than 12 years, I worked at top 10 accounting firms such as Grant Thornton, building a foundation that allows me to support clients with everything from day-to-day accounting to long-term planning.
The part of my work I enjoy most is taking the weight of taxes and finances off my clients’ shoulders, so they can focus on what really matters, growing their business, chasing their goals, or simply spending more time with family.
Outside of work, I love being with my own family, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors.
